Returns & Refunds
Refunds are only eligible if you purchased Order Protection. No exceptions can be made on purchases without Order Protection. To file a claim with Order Protection to get a refund or replacement, click here.
But, we offer free exchanges! We want you to be the happiest in your Cherri's, and if it's not a perfect fit, we want to make it right. Exchanges are eligible up to 7 days after your order is received. Sale items are not eligible for return/refund unless they are damaged.
Due to the sanitary nature of the product, we cannot accept any returns or refunds. All items are only available for exchange or store credit. Feel free to email hi@shopcherri.com if you believe there is an exception to be made.
Refunds are not eligible for lost or stolen items. Refunds are not eligible for shipping costs. Refunds are not available for items sent to incorrect addresses that customers have provided (customer must repurchase). Refunds are not eligible for mistakes made by the shipping carrier (customer must repurchase). Refunds are not eligible for shipping delays or pre-order delays. Refunds are only eligible through Order Protection.
Cherri cannot guarantee that the size/style you've requested for an exchange will be in stock, but we will offer an alternative item from the store of equal value.
Exchanges
Shoot an email to hi@shopcherri.com to let us know which size/style you’d like to exchange it for. Send your old items back using a pre-paid label that will be mailed to you. Once the items are received, we'll send you the new size/style you've requested!
Sale items are only eligible for exchange or for store credit.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Exchanges are free for domestic orders only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If there are no updates on the tracking link within 15 days of your order being shipped, please reach out so we can file a claim and get a replacement to you if possible. If you still have not received your order within 30 days, please reach out so we can file a claim and get a replacement to you if possible. If it has been over 45 days since the order was placed, your order is not be eligible for replacement or refund. You must place a new order.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Store credit may be revoked if we do not receive your returned item within 14 days of your processed exchange.
