Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We only accept exchanges or returns for store credit for your Cherri purchases. We do not offer full refunds, unless the item is damaged. All sale items are final sale. Shipping cost in non-refundable. Make sure you reference the size guide before making a purchase, and if you have any questions about your sizing, you can email hi@shopcherri.com.
We cannot guarantee that we will have the same style/size in stock if you need to exchange, but will try our best to make you happy with your purchase!
To be eligible for a refund or replacement for items lost, stolen, or damaged, you must purchase Order Protection.
I purchased Order Protection, now what?
When you add Order Protection to your purchases, you are now eligible to receive a refund or replacement for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you need a refund or replacement issued, filed a claim here.
Order Protection purchases are non-refundable.
I need to exchange an item, what do I do?
We want you to be the happiest in your Cherri's, and if it's not a perfect fit, we want to make it right - completely FREE. Exchanges are eligible up to 7 days after your order is received. Sale items are not eligible for return/refund unless they are damaged.
Email hi@shopcherri.com with your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and the item you'd like to replace it with.
Do all items come with a warranty?
Yes! At Cherri, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase you make from us. As part of our dedication to exceptional customer service, we offer a one-year warranty on all items sold through our website. You can see the warranty details here.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Cherri ships EVERYWHERE. Shipping will be calculated at checkout and includes any duties, taxes, or fees. Free shipping for domestic orders on purchases $80 USD + and free shipping for international orders on purchases $150 USD +.
Do you have any discounts?
Yes! Check out our year round discounts here. You can also sign up for our rewards program to get discounts and free items with each purchase!
I placed a pre-order, when will my order ship?
The estimated shipment date will be noted in the product description. Please note that shipment dates cannot be guaranteed as the production line can often be delayed. Placing a pre-order ensures that you get the latest drop before anyone else since they tend to sell out quickly! We cannot honor returns/refunds if you feel like the order is taking too long to arrive. Delivery dates are an estimate and are noted in the product description.
Can I purchase a pre-order item and in-stock item in the same order?
No. To purchase in-stock items and pre-order items, please create two separate orders. This will ensure that in-stock items will be shipped first. You'll get an email notification with tracking info once your order is in the mail. International orders may take longer. If you do not make two separate orders, your order will be delayed until the pre-order item is ready to ship.
Will the underwear cover my labia lips?
Cherri undies are designed with expanded gussets for comfort in mind. You won’t have to worry about lip slips while wearing Cherri!
What do you do for your community?
Every person should have the opportunity to feel clean, comfortable, and confident in their own body. That’s why we donate underwear and hygiene products with each Cherri purchase to a shelter in the US. Have you ever thought about the sanitary conditions homeless individuals face on a day-to-day basis, especially at the time of their month? Our mission is to help alleviate the struggles and encourage vulva wellness for people everywhere.
Where are Cherri products made?
Cherri ethically sources materials from all around the US and makes everything right here in New York. Even our cotton fibers are grown right here in the USA!
Our swimwear is made in a woman-owned factory in Colombia. They create quality garments in an ethical space for their workers.
Coming Soon: Seamless! Our seamless styles will be made in an OEKO-TEX certified factory in China. As we're growing and expanding, local factories have not been able to keep up. We're looking move some of our production to a small and ethically run factory in China. This not only ensures quality, but also builds upon our clean business practices.
