While there is no one size fits all approach to clothing, we want to find the best fit for you. Sometimes size charts aren't always accurate, (overall body shape plays a part in it too!) so here are some tips for sizing:
Take a look at the size chart and see what sizes your waist and hip measurements align with.
Choose the size that best fits your waist for high waisted styles like the High Cut Thong and High Cut Brief.
Choose the size that best fits your hips for lower waist styles like the Bikini Brief and G-String.

Yes! We sell our undies up to 4X and have designed each style by testing them on a variety of sizes and body types, ensuring a good fit and positive experience for our plus size customers. You deserve to feel comfy in the clothes you wear!

Orders are fulfilled within 2-3 business days.
Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days to arrive.
Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days to arrive.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual. -
Standard domestic shipping on orders under $80 is $8.99. International shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

Yes! Cherri ships EVERYWHERE. Shipping will be calculated at checkout and includes any duties, taxes, or fees. Free shipping for domestic orders on purchases $80 USD + and free shipping for international orders on purchases $150 USD +.

Shipping issues are always frustrating because they're out of our control! That's why we recommend purchasing Order Protection so you can get a refund or replacement. Otherwise, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

We do not offer full refunds, unless the item is damaged. We only accept exchanges or or store credit. Sale items are final sale, but can be exchanged for a different size if needed. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
We cannot guarantee that we will have the same style/size in stock if you need to exchange, but will try our best to make you happy with your purchase!

Yes! We want you to be the happiest in your Cherri's, and if it's not a perfect fit the first (or second) time around, we want to make it right - completely FREE. Exchanges are eligible up to 7 days after your order is received.

OrderProtection.com is offered as an additional item at checkout. Customers just checkout and are instantly protected against items lost in transit, delivered but not received, wrong, stolen, or damaged.

Ethos & Mission

Cherri ethically sources materials from all around the US and makes everything in New York. Even our cotton fibers are grown right here in the USA!
Our swimwear is made in a woman-owned factory in Colombia. They create quality garments in an ethical space for their workers.
Coming Soon: Seamless! Our seamless styles will be made in an OEKO-TEX certified factory in China. As we're growing and expanding, local factories have not been able to keep up. We're looking move some of our production to a small and ethically run factory in China. This not only ensures quality, but also builds upon our clean business practices.

After dealing with lip-slips, tiny thongs and vulva insecurities myself, I knew something had to change - and I didn't want it to be me!
I collected data from over 5,000 people and discovered that the average vulva width was 2.5 inches but the average underwear width was 1.8 inches. The average underwear wasn't fitting the average person in the right places!
