We always do our best to ship pre-orders on time, but we're a small brand working with ethical overseas factories, and production can occasionally run longer than expected (fabric delays, QC holds, customs, etc.). If your pre-order is delayed beyond the estimated ship date, we'll email you with an updated timeline as soon as we know. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that ship dates are estimates, not guarantees, and that delays may occur.

Pre-orders are non-refundable for change of mind, including if you decide you don't want to wait for your order to ship. Please only place a pre-order if you're comfortable waiting for your Cherries™ to be made. Of course, if your order arrives damaged or there's a genuine issue with your product, we'll always make it right — email us at hi@shopcherri.com.

Good news: in most cases they'll ship separately! Your in-stock items go out first, and the pre-order follows when it's ready. You'll get a tracking email for each shipment as it goes out.

Yes, as long as your pre-order hasn't shipped yet, you can email us at hi@shopcherri.com to change your size, swap a style, or update your shipping address. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before the order is fulfilled.

Cancellations for change of mind are not eligible for refund (see above), but we're happy to swap items or hold store credit in some cases. Just reach out!

Yes! Once your pre-order ships and arrives, our standard exchange policy applies: free exchanges for size or style issues, up to 30 days after delivery.

Yes! We'll send production updates by email as your pre-order moves through the stages (in production, in transit, at our warehouse, shipped to you). So make sure you sign up to receive email notifications!

The "pocket" in women's underwear, aka the gusset, is a piece of fabric layered in the crotch area. Because the crotch is a "high-wear area" (lots of friction and moisture), it helps reinforce the structure of the garment and prevent infections by keeping the area dry and ventilated.

However, if the gusset is not wide or long enough to cover the crotch, or isn't made of breathable materials, it pretty much loses it's purpose.

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping issues are always frustrating because they're out of our control! If your tracking hasn't moved in 14 days, we'll reship your order free of charge. For full protection, we recommend adding Order Protection at checkout so lost, stolen, or damaged packages qualify for a replacement or a refund, your choice.
